SINGLE DAY VENUE RENTAL:

  • Exclusive access to our 70-acre farm and venue the day of your wedding for getting ready, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception​
  • 1.5-hour access for rehearsal the week prior (by appointment, scheduled 60 days prior to your wedding date) + access to Windy Hill Farm for an engagement shoot prior to your wedding day
  • Belvedere - open-air reception pavilion with slab floor, upper-level deck/bar, shade screen, and decorative sheer curtains
  • Bistro lights and permanent pendant lighting within pavilion
  • Additional bistro and twinkle lights for use around the grounds
  • Handmade cedar benches for ceremony, handmade cedar harvest tables, padded wooden folding chairs for reception for up to 160 guests + setup and breakdown of tables, benches, and chairs​​
  • Separate suites for you and your sweetie in our historic farmhouse for dressing and pampering before your wedding​
  • Onsite parking for up to 75 cars + parking attendants
  • Windy Hill Farm host available during your rental period, including concierge, support, and maintenance of pavilion and grounds (does not include planning/coordination services)
  • Permanent guest restroom facilities​​
  • Lawn games including corn hole and giant Jenga

  • Host your rehearsal / welcome dinner on the farm
  • ​Guarantees Friday evening rehearsal as early as 3:30pm (dinner guests have access beginning at 5pm)
  • Allow us to arrange any of the following dinner accompaniments for you (for an additional fee): wine tasting with Sommrevels; cider tasting with Botanist & Barrel
  • Honeymoon suite, meals, beverages, vendors, and trash service not included

For a truly memorable experience, reserve exclusive use of the venue from Friday at noon until Saturday at 11pm*. Everything included in a single day venue package, plus
  • Stay in our honeymoon suite both nights + farm fresh breakfast
  • Perfect if you would like to host your rehearsal / welcome dinner on the farm
  • Begin decorating as early as you'd like
  • Allow us to arrange any of the following classes and activities for you while you're here (for an additional fee): yoga; paint & sip; u-pick berries (seasonal); dance classes; soap making; flower arranging including flower crowns, bouquets, boutonnieres
  • Additional lodging, meals, beverages, vendors, and trash service not included
  • Guarantees rental drop off on Friday (save on rental fees)
  • *Couple has full access for entire rental period; guests have access 12pm - 9pm Friday and 9am - 11pm Saturday
  • Make it a wedding weekend! Add $1,000 for venue access until 2pm Sunday (if a send-off brunch or additional activities are desired​)

  • Couple has full access for entire rental period; guests have access 10am - 11pm Saturday and 9am - 2pm Sunday​

Tours are usually around 45 minutes, and you'll get an exclusive look at our ceremony sites, cocktail hour sites, open-air reception pavilion, getting ready suites, farm kitties, breathtaking views, and, last but certainly not least, the goats!
