VENUE RENTAL 2021/2022:

• Exclusive access to our 70 acre farm and venue the day of your wedding for getting ready, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception​
• 1.5 hour access for rehearsal the week prior (by appointment, scheduled 60 days prior to your wedding date) + access to Windy Hill Farm for an engagement shoot prior to your wedding day
• Newly renovated, 2,400+ sq ft pavilion with upper level deck/bar, shade screen, and decorative sheer curtains
• Bistro lights and permanent pendant lighting within barn
• Additional bistro and twinkle lights for use around the grounds
• Handmade cedar benches for ceremony, handmade cedar harvest tables, padded wooden folding chairs for reception for up to 160 guests + setup and breakdown of tables, benches, and chairs​​
• Separate suites within our historic farmhouse for dressing and pampering before your wedding​
• Onsite parking for up to 75 cars + parking attendants
• Windy Hill Farm host available during your rental period, including concierge, support, and maintenance of barn and grounds (does not include planning/coordination services)
• Permanent guest restroom facilities​​
• Lawn games including corn hole and giant Jenga + fire pit and seasoned firewood
• Large commercial fridge for flowers, cakes, wine, mini-kegs, etc. + catering prep space

EXCLUSIVE TWO DAY RENTAL:

Our most popular package! For a truly memorable experience, reserve exclusive use of the venue from Friday at noon until Saturday at 11pm*. Everything included in a single day venue package, plus

• Stay in our honeymoon suite both nights + farm fresh breakfast
• Perfect if you would like to host your rehearsal / welcome dinner on the farm
• Begin decorating as early as you'd like
• Allow us to arrange any of the following classes and activities for you while you're here (for an additional fee): yoga; paint & sip; u-pick berries (seasonal); dance classes; soap making; flower arranging including flower crowns, bouquets, boutonnieres; send-off brunch prepared by our in-house chef
• Additional lodging, meals, beverages, vendors, and trash service not included
• *Couple has full 35-hour access; guests have access from 12pm - 9pm Friday, 9am - 11pm Saturday
• Make it a wedding weekend! Add $1,000 for venue access until 2pm Sunday (if a send-off brunch or additional activities are desired​)

OPTIONAL CATERING PACKAGE:

• Full-service menu starting at $60 per person
• A two-part seasonal menu with passed or displayed appetizers & hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a reception dinner in your chosen format (caterer-served buffet, family-style, plated, or tapas); non-alcoholic beverages. See a sample menu.
• 21% additional service charge includes service staff and busing for cocktail hour + 4.5 hour reception (additional staffing fees will apply for extended receptions)
